Strawberry Sunrise Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to kickstart your day! They're bright, full of flavor, packed with vitamins, and what easier way to make breakfast than throw everything in a blender and hit a button? This one makes use of bananas, strawberries, peaches, mangos, pineapples, and vanilla yogurt for a tasty morning treat!

- 1 banana quartered
- 1/2 cup mango chopped and frozen
- 1 cup strawberries tops removed, chopped
- 1/2 cup pineapple chopped and frozen
- 1/2 cup peaches chopped and frozen
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup nonfat milk or milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp honey
Add the milk, yogurt, and honey to the blender and pulse lightly until combined.
Add the fruit, reserving some of the chopped strawberries for garnish, and pulse until well blended. Adjust the texture and creaminess by adding liquid (I like adding a little extra pineapple juice) until it's where you want it.
Pour into glasses, garnish with chopped strawberries. Serve and enjoy!
