Strawberry Sunrise Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to kickstart your day! They're bright, full of flavor, packed with vitamins, and what easier way to make breakfast than throw everything in a blender and hit a button? This one makes use of bananas, strawberries, peaches, mangos, pineapples, and vanilla yogurt for a tasty morning treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana quartered
  • 1/2 cup mango chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries tops removed, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chopped and frozen
  • 1/2 cup peaches chopped and frozen
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup nonfat milk or milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add the milk, yogurt, and honey to the blender and pulse lightly until combined.
  • Add the fruit, reserving some of the chopped strawberries for garnish, and pulse until well blended. Adjust the texture and creaminess by adding liquid (I like adding a little extra pineapple juice) until it's where you want it.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with chopped strawberries. Serve and enjoy!
