  • aluminum foil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into 1-2 inch florets
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • bacon bits to taste
  • gorgonzola cheese to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, and bacon bits.
  • Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Pour the smaller bowl contents over the florets and toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  • Spread on a foil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375F for about 30 minutes, or until the cauliflower edges are golden brown.
  • Toss the cauliflower with gorgonzola cheese to your liking. Serve and enjoy!
