2 lb salmon fillet 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp honey 3 small oranges sliced 1 tsp garlic salt 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper 1 tsp parsley
Preheat your oven to 350F. Rub a baking sheet with olive oil.
Slice the oranges and spread an even layer of orange slices over the pan. Lay the salmon fillet over the oranges.
In a small ramekin or measuring cup, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar until well combined. Drizzle over the fish.
Season the fish with Santa Maria style all-purpose seasoning or with a mixture of garlic salt, black pepper, and parsley.
Bake the fish for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F. Remove from the heat and let the salmon cool slightly.
