Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 small oranges sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F. Rub a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Slice the oranges and spread an even layer of orange slices over the pan. Lay the salmon fillet over the oranges.
  • In a small ramekin or measuring cup, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar until well combined. Drizzle over the fish.
  • Season the fish with Santa Maria style all-purpose seasoning or with a mixture of garlic salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  • Bake the fish for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F. Remove from the heat and let the salmon cool slightly.
  • Serve and enjoy!
